Summer Camp Facilities & Food
Loma Linda becomes our home away from home during the summer. The building is air-conditioned, has four separate living areas with bunk beds and community bathrooms.
Campers are separated into cabins and groups by age and assigned gender at birth. Female campers and counselors stay on the top floor and male campers stay on the bottom floor of Loma Linda.
The nurse’s station is located in the top floor lobby of Loma Linda for the care and needs of our campers and staff.
We use the whole ranch for summer camp programming, including the high and low ropes course, archery range, sports fields, tennis courts, basketball courts, Riverview classroom, Youth Plaza, swimming pool and the river. At the waterfront we have designated areas for swimming, a rope swing, canoeing and kayaking, playing in the rapids and the famous Mo slide.
Whether it is our pizza parties, chili dogs or campfire cookouts, campers love our food! After all, food at camp is a big deal! That’s why our three hot meals and menus are carefully selected by our culinary staff each week, and meals are served community style outdoors daily at the Youth Plaza underneath a covered pavilion. But our camper favorite is always our weekly outdoor BBQ that’s hosted at the Pecan Grove by the river! Breakfast has a variety of options including a hot dish (ex. breakfast tacos, french toast, etc.), and items like eggs, sausage, fresh fruit and cereal.
Along with the three meals, campers receive two snacks a day with one of them always being fruit. *If your camper has any dietary needs, e.g. vegetarian, peanut allergy, etc., please let us know in your registration or contact Nicole Conner directly at 1.800.460.4401 ext. 234.
