You asked for lodging updates and care of Mo-Ranch facilities – and we listened! In 2014 we began a renovation campaign of lodging facilities to remodel and upgrade guest rooms, exteriors of buildings and associated public spaces to ensure that Mo-Ranch continues to be a renewing, transforming resource for individuals, families, churches and communities to enjoy for generations to come.
Thanks to your generous support we began groundwork for a complete renovation of lodging in Wynne/Flato, Pheasant Run and Nicklos Barn in 2014 and 2015. Phase one is complete just in time for our visitors to enjoy in the spring of 2015.
Renovations had not been made in Pheasant Run in 25 or more years and to Wynne/Flato in 29 or more years. Updates to the rooms include new mattresses, bedding, furnishings, light fixtures, flooring, paint and more. Renovations that are complete include 17 remodeled rooms in Pheasant Run, 10 remodeled rooms in Wynne/Flato, lobby renovation in Wynne/Flato and a complete remodel of Nicklos Barn. Phase two of lodging project renovations are estimated to begin after the fast paced summer season ends in fall of 2015.
